How a spiral separator separates solid and liquid particles?
Submersible pump feeds wastewater into screw extrusion separator. The auger then moves the material to the front of the machine. The pressure gradually increases, and moisture is squeezed out through the mesh screen and discharged through the drainage pipe.
The equipment works continuously. Discharge speed and moisture content can be adjusted by counterweight. Excess material is returned to the original tank through the overflow pipe.

How an inclined sieve separates solid and liquid particles?
The mixed material flows evenly onto the inclined surface of the screen. The vibrating device forces the material to continuously move across the mesh.
The liquid phase passes through the screen holes and flows down to the lower outlet. Larger solid particles remain on the surface and gradually move towards the discharge edge.

How to Increase Separation Performance?
You can build in front of the septic tank Pond-Socialist volume 30–40 m³. The top overflow directs the thinner manure further, and thicker material settles at the bottom. After this, the unloading speed of the separator increases noticeably.
The equipment occupies a small area and can operate normally in a room of about 15 m².
