Disk granulator 2 m is specialized equipment, widely used in organic fertilizer granulation, complex fertilizers, as well as various powdery and granular materials. Made from carbon or stainless steel, the equipment is robust and durable, high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Disk granulator uses an inclined rotating disk. By adjusting the angle of the disk and its rotation speed, particle size and uniformity can be effectively controlled, adapting to different process requirements. How it works consists of uniformly feeding powdered material into a rotating granulation disk. Under the influence of centrifugal force and gravity, the material gradually agglomerates into spherical particles.
